Best customer Service!…

Some of the fastest most efficient customer service I've ever seen! Very refreshing to have a small problem handled within minutes....at 7:00 in the morning! Great product. great Instructions. this company is the real deal!

Buyer beware.

Here are the two issues I've had with SiPhox.

1. Almost complete absence of customer support.
I've emailed support multiple times and no one responds. I purchased a test. It was received and signed for by SiPhox staff, but no results and no follow-up for six weeks.

2. I like to biohack that's why I signed up. However, I've had routine bloodwork carried on the same day as I completed the SiPhox. The results are completely at odds. I trust LapCorp more than I'd trust SiPhox...

I started off with a very positive experience. After the first few blood tests, I had a coaching call and the doc was excellent. But the rest is pretty sh*te. I really hope someone else figures out this because I'm done with SiPhox.

With regard to the side-by-side comparison- every test we sell is validated in a CLIA and CAP lab against venous draws. We would love to set up and pay for a controlled, side-by-side re-testing to regain your trust.

Not a great experience

Not a great experience. It took around 3 weeks to receive my test results after sending them in. It took 8 days from the day my results were received at their lab until they actually processed and returned my test results. Not great given the very high price of this service. I had bloodwork done by my doctor during the time I was waiting for these results. Those were returned in 24 hours. There were large discrepancies between some of the Labcorp results and those from SiphoX.

We were also disappointed to see the delays in our 2-day shipping to our lab and are working to get this fixed. Additionally, we apologize that a short outage at the lab of a key reagent wasn't properly communicated to you.
We take accuracy very seriously and have many members who have done real-world, side-by-side comparisons of their results from Quest/Labcorp to ours with great results. Of course, every test we sell is validated in a CLIA and CAP lab against venous draws. We have reached out to set up and pay for a side-by-side re-testing to regain your trust.

There is not a single person who…

There is not a single person who wouldn't benefit from this blood test kit. It's convenient (no long waits at labs while you're fasting!), it's a great way to measure how your diet and lifestyle affect such important health markers, and it's easy. I highly recommend this tool to follow & understand your own health metrics.

Did the test under the guidance of Divya who gave me loads of useful tips which made the process much smoother than when I did it by myself previously. Very convenient that the mailing is already paid for and set up.

After some health issues started…

After some health issues started disrupting my life I decided to take things more seriously. Along with a ton of healthy lifestyle changes I wanted more information than I was getting from my doctor. I got my test kit from SiPhox after checking out a few other similar tests. They offered great help the whole way through and I needed it. The test Dashboard lit up 4 days after the test arrived at the lab as promised. I also setup a coaching session and got some great insights in how to adjust my diet and supplements which was way more detailed for me than my PCP or Endocrinologist had offered so far. I was also able to use FSA to pay so that was a big help. I'll be testing again in 6 months to see how things are going.

Very happy with the ease and simplicity…

Very happy with the ease and simplicity of the whole process. The reports are so easy to read and the links to further explanations on my results were so helpful. I love that the have both clinical and biohacker ranges. So much more data than I can get from my medical practitioner. And little issues (mostly my fault) that I have had are quickly rectified and everyone has been so helpful and responsive. Looking forward to diving deep into my own health for the next year and SiPhox is going to be a big part of it!

Excellent and Specific Guidance

My coach had reviewed my results in advance. She took into account what I am already doing to improve certain biomarkers and adjusted her recommendations accordingly. Her guidance was very specific and actionable. I appreciated her knowledge and her respect for mine. Overall this was a very positive and helpful coaching session. I look forward to more.

Absolutely disappointed with their…

Absolutely disappointed with their customer service. Ordered an unlimited membership after being with the company for years and despite requesting a refund after the recurring charge went though as it is not currently in our budget, they declined a refund and a potential customer again in the future. Sometimes life gets busy and you forget about these things. Should have been understandable in my opinion. I recommend against this company and especially against any recurring subscription. You have to worry about a company when something like this is an issue. There are plenty of send-away lab services and I believe you should look to one of the others for your health care and lab needs.
UPDATE: minutes after this review, I received an email citing an error on their part regarding an email alert that should have been sent reminding me of the recurring charge. I was thankful to receive this refund but they did say with the info they had, they made the correct decision previously regarding not issuing a refund. Again, I am happy they decided to return my fees but I would still use caution with any recurring subscriptions.

Having Live Assistance Is A Bliss

Divya was helpful in navigating through the at home test. I look forward to the test results. How ever I think blood drawing experience can be enhanced with better finger prik device.

Great Service & Assistance

I was very excited about getting a complete blood panel completed. I received the kit however I had some challenges with getting enough blood for the sample. I called SiPhox in a bit of a panic but they put me at ease, assisted me in successfully completing the sample. I was very impressed with not only the service but the kindness of each individual that assisted me.

Hassle free solution

It was a great experience and totally hassle free of going to the lab, get syringe full of blood drawn. Technician was very helpful and guided through the procedure well. They were also very flexible in rescheduling appointment a few times.

Excellent, helpful and valuable product. Very similar results to my blood draw test and more thorough. Appreciate having access to home tests that are not provided by my insurance company or doctor so that I can more effectively take the right steps to take good care of my health. Customer service is 5 star

The custom service is very good. Colin called today and helped me understand how the system works. They are also very good at allowing customers to resend samples AT NO CHARGE TO THE CUSTOMER if , like me, you send in a sample with not enough blood. This is a stand up company that I see having a solid relationship long term relationship with.

Easy, Convenient & Accurate

I tried SiPhox Health because of the difficulty accessing labwork services in the remote area I live in. I found the entire process easy, the results came quickly, and best of all, they were very close to the results I received when I went for formal labwork a few months later. Highly recommended!

This site changed my life!

This site changed my life. Regular medicine has said my slightly elevated cholesterol was ok for my age and fitness level; boy they were wrong! This test showed bad ApoA&B levels, causing me to get a calcium test and CT angiogram. Long story short, I was developing Coronary Artery Disease with no symptoms, all while running half marathons and looking “normal”. 2 stents later, I’m back running and have all my biomarkers in check. Traditional medicine is not working! This service allows you to take control of your health. It saved my life!

The readings are not accurate

The readings are not accurate. Completely out of line with my Quest readings going back 8 years. There's no way that 8 biomarkers suddenly go haywire after spending 8 years in a tight range.

1/30/24 - Siphox replied and offered to retest using both Siphox and Quest at their expense - this is a great solution to uncover the facts.

Some unavoidable variations and mistakes can happen even when comparing Labcorp and Quest to each other. Nevertheless, we would like to investigate your result ASAP to determine the root cause of the issue.

We have reached out directly. (Typically in these cases we ask you to retest literally side-by-side, not on different days, and we cover the retest cost for both SiPhox and venous draw lab).

Customer Service and Revolutionizing how Blood is Collected

I found out about Siphox online and immediately went for it. Upon purchase, they have a free consultation with a blood collection expert. I opted for that and met Divya. She guided me through the process thoroughly and when my first sample was rejected (because of shipping - folks in Canada, mail in your sample to UPS only!), she got me a replacement kit right away.

The customer service has been phenomenal and I'm going to be testing with Siphox long term (I just wish it was more affordable here in Canada)
