Overall, Tsolmon Tsogbayar was very knowledgeable about the testing I completed, and the changes I could make to better my health. She was very concerned about the issues I'd been having and seem genuinely interested in helping me.

The tech person misinformed me on the call. I ordered 2 kits and was told they sent wrong box. They said the lab results were complete on 1 kit but I had the send in 2nd kit, though tech person told me I could wait, in order to get results. This company is either scammers or incompetent. I asked for corporate number and thread went silent. Which screams scammers.

I thought that Tsolmon was very familiar with my situation. she was able to answer some questions for me and make me thinking about new options of food that I could add to my diet for lowering LDL. I am looking forward to her writing some of the options down and sending them to me. I was unable to take notes during the call

This is a great service. The number of tests you get for the price really is a good deal if you were to add up all the individual tests elsewhere. My results seem in line with similar tests I have done recently at other labs, other than 1 result which seemed way off (strange). The results with the custom analytics is very useful information, and I really like the interface to view all the biomarkers. It's nice to be able to add in results from other labs as well, great feature. Only small gripe I have is the length of time to process results once received back at the lab was quite a bit longer than I was expecting and advertised. Overall a great service and would recommend.

I had a technical issue importing and converting units for some 3rd lab result data onto the platform. I asked Armen to help me get the erroneous data removed. Instead, he arranged for the data to be manually converted and entered into the system for me. This was about 40 lines of test results. I really appreciated him going above and beyond to accomodate. Thanks Armen!

I had a Zoom call with Megha Sama to help me take the blood test correctly. Megha was very helpful and patient, walking me through the whole process of using the easy-draw test sample kit. She waited to be sure I did everything correctly and gave tips on how to proceed.

I recently did comprehensive blood tests through Siphox. The testing was not hard to do. I am trying to optimize my metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, IR, organ function metrics. After receiving my results I was able to have a one on one consultation with Tasha, a health consultant, who answered all of my questions and followed up with an action plan based on my data and concerns.

Everyone at Siphox has been helpful and very responsive.

Convenience alone should be enough to contract this service. Value is another reason. Overall I have had excellent visibility into my biomarkers most of which I could not get my doctor to include in my annual checkup including something as simple as Vitamin D levels. It is better to take snapshot of the identified bad results to your doctor to have investigated further. The added recommendations are just icing on the cake. A very helpful service.

I never received my 2nd package. The email to connect with customer service is inoperable.

It has been over a week and I am still waiting for the results on the kit I did receive and returned.

They make it incredibly difficult to contact them.

The only reason I used this site is because they advertised useful and implementable insights into my health in an easy and printable format. It turns out that their site is incapable of putting together a printable summary of your results. If I had just wanted my blood test numbers without insights, I could have had those from my doctor or a much cheaper source. Waste of money.
